Double Dozen Specialty Tulip Box | SHIPPING TUESDAYS
Organically grown TULIPS! These beautiful blooms were grown free of any chemicals right here on the farm here in Tennessee in our greenhouse!
This box includes 2 DOZEN specialty tulips. Expect doubles, ruffles, parrot type, and fringed blooms, in every color of the rainbow. Varieties change every week! We invite you to check our Instagram for the most recent photos of our harvests. @southernflorafarms Each box will include a few extra stems in the event that there is damage during transit. Colors may vary due to crop availability at the time of shipping.
Custom Southern Flora Farm note cards will be handwritten and included in each box so be sure to write a note at checkout if you’re sending as a gift! (Or write yourself a note!)
Tulips are harvested early and tightly budded so they ship well and give you more days in the vase. Expect to see these tulips stretch and dance in the vase over 7-10 days.
FLOWER CARE UPON ARRIVAL:
Remove packaging and rubber bands
Trim an inch off the stems using sharp, clean shears, at an angle (so that the stems don’t sit flat on the bottom of vase)
Clean your vase - it should be clean enough to drink out of
Fill 3/4 of the vase with water
Mix in the provided flower food packet
Remove an foliage beneath the waterline
Arrange your flowers in the vase and enjoy!
Repeat these steps every 3-4 days to maintain freshness
We will begin shipping using FedEx Standard Overnight. FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. This box ships out Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday. You must place your order by noon CST on Monday for your box to be shipped out the next day, otherwise it will ship the following week.
We advise ensuring your recipient will be home or consider sending to a work address, as well as signing up for SMS or email alerts with FedEx . We will send you a tracking number so that way you can notify your recipient the moment the flowers arrive!
